How to get started
When using cloud as a policy server
  • 1.Get the account information (Account-ID, Logon-ID and password) for accessing the Cloud from the supplier.
  • 2.The agent installation program is different for each customer because it refers to Account-ID. Get the agent installation program from your supplier and install it.
  • 3.The default watermark will now appear on the user PC.
  • 4.Access the Cloud and modify policies to suit your environment. This policy is now applied to the agent in less than one minute.
  • 5.Using the policy server, policies assignment by IP, department, and security group and agent control are possible.
When using ON-PREMISES as a policy server
  • 1.Get the on-premises installation file from your supplier and install it on Windows Server 2016 or later.
  • 2.After on-premises installation. Please forward the activation key and policy server IP or FQDN to your supplier.
  • 3.The supplier provides you with the server license file and agent installation file.
  • 4.Register the license file with the policy server.
  • 5.Then, install the agent setup file on the user's PC.
  • 6.The default watermark will appear on the user PC.
  • 7.Access the on-premises server and modify policies to suit your environment. This policy is now applied to the agent in less than one minute.
  • 8.Using the policy server, policies assignment by IP, department, and security group and agent control are possible.
